Are You Going To SearchFest?

Raise your hand if you know exactly what’s going on with search marketing right now. Come on, be honest.

It can be tough to keep up. With the pace of change, innovation and expansion of search across the digital marketing arsenal, it’s no surprise that digital marketers from all over the Pacific Northwest are heading to SearchFest in Portland this month.

SearchFest, now in its ninth year, presents multiple informative learning tracks, workshops, and panel sessions designed to provide direct insight into the most up-to-date strategies and technological advancements in online search marketing and social marketing. Industry experts and thought leaders from around the country deliver in-depth presentations ranging from basic SEM and social media fundamentals to specific advanced techniques.

Kicking off the event this year is industry veteran Tim Mayer, President of Heddle Marketing and past Yahoo! executive. Jonathon Colman, Content Strategist at Facebook, will provide the closing keynote.

Breakfast and Registration begins at 7:30 AM. Morning Keynote begins at 8:30 AM. Have a drink from 5:00 to 5:30 pm, immediately following the Closing Keynote.

After Party: Join us from 6:00 to 10:30 pm at Punch Bowl Social for the Official After-Party, sponsored by Moz.

SearchFest is hosted by SEMpdx (Search Engine Marketing Professionals of Portland), a Portland-based nonprofit dedicated to nurturing the development of the digital marketing industry in the greater northwest. Ten percent of the event proceeds will benefit SEMpdx’s charity of choice, Harper’s Playground which transforms communities by increasing access to inclusive play areas where kids of all abilities can thrive.
